The past year has got us dreaming of holidays of the future like never before. Not because the weekend breaks we've had in the UK haven't been idyllic... they have, we're just looking forward to the day we can jet off to Italy/the Caribbean/enter name of similarly far-flung destination here without feeling all the fear and anxiety.
