Halloween is a while away yet, but in the GLAMOUR office we've ALREADY started planning our costumes (we take it very seriously).
And when one of us (jokingly) suggested that someone should go as Miley Cyrus - a quick Google revealed that most of America has already had that idea - and she'll probably be the most popular celebrity costume of 2013 post-VMAs.
