A new study has revealed that following a Mediterranean diet can reduce the chance of getting a particular type of breast cancer by 40%.
Over a 20 year period, scientists monitored over 62,000 woman and found that the closer woman stuck to a Mediterranean diet, the less likely they were to contract ER-negative cancers.
