Marta Ortega isn’t just any heiress – her dad happens to be Amancio Ortega, fifth-richest man in the world and founder of high-street fashion giant, Zara. (Can you imagine the freebies?) So maybe it’s no major shock that she had more than one outfit for her recent wedding to Carlos Torretta.

But showing her Spanish fashion royalty status, Marta, 34 (who’s a senior creative consultant at Zara), chose not two but FOUR amazing outfits for her two-day celebration – including an unexpected but utterly chic black trouser suit.

Marta tied the knot in a civil union at the Royal Yacht Club in her hometown of A Coruña, northern Spain wearing a pleated, high-necked Valentino gown, with flowers in her hair and a floor-length veil.

Then, at the couple’s ’wedding pre-party’ at another venue, she wore a black tuxedo-inspired trouser suit with lace blouse and matching black stilettos.

For the newlyweds’ journey to the next location (because if you have four outfits, two venues won’t do either) the Casas Novas Equestrian Centre in A Coruña, Marta wore a plush cream coat.

Finally, at a lavish evening banquet, where Chris Martin, Norah Jones and Jamie Cullum entertained guests, Marta revealed the most spectacular outfit of the day: a sparkling gold, backless gown. Videos have emerged of Marta in the dress dancing with Carlos while Chris serenades them with Coldplay hit Yellow. Talk about the first dance of dreams.

So *that’*s how to do a wedding when your family basically owns fashion – now we know.
