Lonely Planet's top European travel destinations have been revealed - and the top ten list features cities in Greece, Italy, The Netherlands and England.
The 'Best in Europe List' for 2016 features some stunning destinations, with Peloponnese in Greece taking the top spot. When browsing pictures of the pre-historic peninsula, we can't say we're at all suprised.
Lonely Planet describes Peloponnese as: "one of the country's most diverse, vibrant regions".
Also in the top three is Aarhus, in Denmark, and Venice in Italy. Warwickshire in England also appears on the list in sixth place, and is celebrated for its "bucolic hills, sublime castles, historic market towns and unhurried Heart-of-England rhythms".
