Kim Kardashian went into comparative hiding in the months that followed her shocking robbery at gunpoint in Paris, but now she has showed signs of moving on, by signing up to a film covering a very familiar subject.
Kim and Kendall Jenner are making cameos in Ocean's Eight, an all-female prequel to the popular Ocean's Eleven series, which featured Frank Sinatra (or George Clooney, depending on which era you watched) assembling a crack squad to help pull off a daring heist.
The new film will star Sandra Bullock, Cate Blanchett, Rihanna, Anne Hathaway and Mindy Kaling.
Kim and Kendall were filming scenes set at New York's Met Gala ball, where the film's central robbery is supposed to take place.
Vogue editor Anna Wintour, who organises the event, has also filmed scenes.
A source told the New York Post, "[Kim] had seemed totally traumatised by her Paris robbery. But then she'll still appear in a movie that glamorises a jewellery heist."
