With 304 million followers, Khloé Kardashian may be one of Instagram's top influencers—but that doesn't mean she's above being influenced.
On January 24, Khloé confirmed she's in her bob era by posting a series of selfies featuring her new teddy bear brunette bob, which was cut just above her shoulder and styled in a ‘90s bombshell blowout.
“Bobby,” Khloé captioned the snaps she took while dressed in a green Skims bra or tank top that really brings out her green eyes—or is that the work of those thin, face-framing caramel highlights? Either way, the final effect is undeniably stunning.
“Obsessed with the bob 😍,” singer Chlöe Bailey commented on Khloé's post, while Scott Disick wrote, “Love a good bob ❤️.”

This is a dramatic switch up for the 40-year-old reality star, who is known to favour XL hair. In fact, the last time Khloé cut her hair short was back in 2022, when she rocked a pin-straight blunt bob at the Met Gala. That platinum blonde cut is a vastly different version of a bob than the bouncy Italian-inspired style she's currently sporting.
Even so, famed hairstylist Justine Marjan instantly recalled Khloé's last bob, commenting, “I’m so happy it’s back!!!”
So, what inspired Khloé Kardashian to shed so many inches of hair? That would be her sister, Kendall Jenner.
In late December, Kendall revealed an even-shorter brunette version of the platinum blonde shoulder-skimming bob she debuted just a month prior.
Cheers to that!
The jaw-length flippy bob was particularly swoon-worthy, as her older sister pointed out in multiple comments. “I looooove your short hair!!!! Ugh swoon,” Khloé gushed, adding, “Going to cut mine now.”

Clearly, Khloé Kardashian is a woman of her word. And while her chop will undoubtably convince a tonne of her own followers to jump on the bob bandwagon, it's important to remember what celebrity hairstylist Dimitris Giannetos told Glamour in 2024: “Having a bob requires some maintenance. This means getting regular haircuts and/or dusting off your ends every four to six weeks to keep the look fresh.”
