The 40-year-old supermodel, and Vogue Contributing Fashion Editor, has opened up her world for the new issue, bringing together family and friends, some stars of the future, and a few of her favourite things.
In a section curated by Kate, and photographed by David Bailey, she introduces us to the men in her life; from husband Jamie to Topshop's Sir Philip Green.
The supermodel also opens up the Belgravia home of Count and Countess von Bismarck, scene of spectacular parties and intimate friendships; and she finally offers a rare glimpse into the private world behind the very public face with exclusive images from her home and garden.
