Brad Pitt is currently making the rounds to promote his Formula 1 movie, bringing his girlfriend of three years, Ines de Ramon, with him to the red-carpet premieres, and remarkably, at not one single event have they worn matching jumpsuits and called themselves the “Pitt Crew.” I mean…it’s a racing movie. Race cars have pit crews. He’s Brad Pitt. They could sell patch space on the jumpsuits to luxury fashion houses or watch brands or premier vodkas and perfumes, and get the whole event sponsored, or the patches could be in-jokes from his other movies and the pictures could go viral, or they could just be sleek, flattering garments. Pitt Crew. I’m absolutely flabbergasted that they haven’t done this!
No, instead he’s wearing a dark teal linen suit and she’s in a boho-glam dress that is, admittedly, very pretty. Whatever.
At the European premiere of F1: The Movie in London on Monday, June 23, de Ramon wore a beaded gown from Fendi covered in micro-crystals, per People, and carried a matching purse with strands hanging off to create a fringe that, gotta say, looks nice. She kept her beauty look simple with glowy makeup and a bouncy blowout. The dress seems to be made of the softest shimmery pink material with a sheer layer on top, which holds the silver beads and crystals. The halter neck is a nice touch.
The public rollout of Ms. Ines de Ramon has been careful and deliberate. Her Instagram, for instance, is set to private, but has accepted over 80,000 followers. She’s given no interviews. She is, however, working with celebrity stylist Dani Michelle, who also works with the likes of Hailey Bieber, Kendall Jenner and Daisy Edgar-Jones. Smart money says we’re about to start seeing her in more gowns at more events.
And I still think they should have done Pitt Crew.
