"The BBC has officially revealed the 10 contestants competing in the second season of I Kissed a Boy. In 2023, the show made history with its debut as the UK’s first-ever same-sex dating series - and last summer, it was joined by its sapphic counterpart, I Kissed a Girl.

“Aussie pop legend Dannii Minogue is back playing Cupid, with Layton Williams once again on narration duties.”

What is I Kissed A Boy about?

The premise is this: Our male contestants arrive at an Italian country house called the Masseria and are matched up with another contestant – and the first thing they do is kiss, with their relationship developing from that first encounter.

“I am so excited that I'll be back in Italy to play Cupid,” Dannii has said. "I can't wait to meet the next cast when the Masseria doors open... There are so many diverse and important stories yet to tell. And be sure that I'll have the party started for a wonderful summer of love."

  • Jordan B, 25, from the Lake District: “Jordan has swapped life on the family farm rearing sheep and cows with his dad and his brother, for the hustle and bustle of city life in Manchester. Jordan is ready to stop playing games and find someone with a calming nature who will have the capacity to tame him.”

  • Rory, 22, from Galway: “Rory is looking to leave the Emerald Isle behind for a summer of love in Italy. In the masseria he says there is a high possibility he will end up being a bit of a Casanova and use his Irish charm to woo the boys.”
  • Ruben, 24, from London: “Ruben is an articulate, self-aware, self-confessed sexy nerd whose indecisiveness plays into his career and love life.”
