Halsey is the ultimate hair-colour chameleon. The musician has switched up their shade countless times, from long orange hair with a fringe to a blonde pixie like it's NBD. For a recent event to celebrate their beauty brand About-Face and its new foundation, Halsey changed it up yet again with long, deep brunette waves, and we are obsessed.

Halsey said their event look was inspired by the trending mob wife aesthetic. “I woke Mob Wife Ash from the dead for the About-Face The Performer launch the other night,” the musician wrote, adding that their makeup was done by celeb fave Patrick Ta.

The pale blonde pixie is gone, and in its place, a dimensional brunette with subtle highlights at the mid-lengths and ends. Halsey's hair was styled in big, undone curls. For the singer's glam, Patrick created a lined and defined lip and abstract eye moment in shades of copper and rust. (The duo also shared a full tutorial so you can get the exact look yourself.)

This look looks so glam on Halsey, especially with the corset top styling. In one photo from the evening, the singer and beauty brand founder poses with their boyfriend, actor Avan Jogia, who coordinated with Halsey in a brown jacket layered over a light brown shirt, plus retro-inspired sunglasses. Halsey continues to be one of our biggest beauty inspirations, and if they're going brunette for winter, we better follow suit! We've seen them rocking mullets, wavy bobs with baby bangs, ultra glam smoky eyes, and every other look under the rainbow, and each one is better than the last.
