Gwyneth Paltrow certainly isn't afraid to get seriously candid about her lifestyle and beauty routines, and in her latest video she got pretty personal by inviting fans into... her shower.
The star shared the video via her Goop Instagram account, teasing the products she likes to use in her haircare routine. "More shine? Less frizz? Amazing texture? Link in bio for GP’s healthy-hair routine," the caption read.
She isn't the only famous face to be getting a little more real with her posts, lately – the likes of Britney Spears, Lizzo and Ashley Graham have all proudly showed some skin in recent shares, too.

Memorably, Gwyneth also posed nude in a beautifully-natural shot to mark her 48th birthday, and was also pictured in just her underwear and a whole load of wet clay for a 2017 cover of Goop magazine. She has spoken openly about how she is happy and comfortable in her body. Go GP!
