Despite all that boozing, and putting away one too many burgers from your favourite street food stand, it turns out festivals are actually pretty good for you. If we're talking exercise, that is.
Tech company Withings calculated how many calories we burn by dashing from act to act during our favourite weekenders – it's almost enough to make you feel not-so guilty about all that revelry. (Not that we ever do. It's a holiday – HOORAY!)
V Festival and Glastonbury come out on top, both helping the average music fan to burn over 3,000 calories a day. On average, Glasto-goers cover more than five miles on each day in the fields.
