Emily Ratajkowski is opening up about recent weight loss, which she described as “really, really scary.”
"When I'm really unwell, I lose so much weight," she said on her podcast High Low, in an episode that premiered on November 29. "I was down to 100 pounds recently, and it was really, really scary." EmRata went on to say that she's since gained weight and is feeling healthier—physically and mentally.
"For me, [gaining weight] is a huge game-changer, and it's how I know I'm happy," she added.
So this is what they mean by cuffing season, huh?

While she didn't get into the specifics of what caused her weight loss, Emily Ratajkowski has had an undoubtedly stressful year.
In July, the 31-year-old announced her split from her husband of four years, film producer Sebastian Bear-McClard. The exes share a 20-month-old son, Sylvester.
“I think trauma lives in the body,” she added. “That's my experience.”

The model was most recently linked to Pete Davidson. The pair were photographed courtside at the New York Knicks game on Sunday, November 27 — and that's enough to lift anyone's spirits, right?
“Emily is doing well and getting more adjusted to her life as a single mom since her divorce,” a source recently told Enterainment Tonight. “She is dating and having fun with it. She’s in a good headspace. Emily has been seeing Pete and thinks he is super charismatic, funny, and a good rebound. It is casual between them, but she likes that they’re comfortable with each other and have a good time together. Things are going well for her."

She's teaching a master class in the post-divorce glow-up. And we should all be taking notes.
