Emilia Wickstead gave the Duchess of Cambridge plenty of wardrobe options at her London Fashion Week show.

Emilia Wickstead's elegant but modern dresses have received acclaim from not only the fashion pack, but also the Duchess of Cambridge - who is a fan of the label.

So from the designer's London Fashion Week show we can pretty much guess what the Duchess will be wearing next season (hopefully).

First up we'd like to see her in this - a pastel blue dress with clean lines and lightly puffed sleeves. It's demure in length (perfect for royal protocol) but still feels contemporary.

The next is a wild card option. Admittedly, the Duchess doesn't go in for trousers much, but this two piece cream ensemble is the perfect balance of formal and chic.

The Duchess loves a dress coat, so we suggest this cream, belted number. It'd also go well with those LK Bennett courts she's so very fond of.

And there's this black fetish-inspired style. Don't worry Kate, only kidding (although it totally would go with your nude courts).

If you have to go traditional, it's better to do it Emilia Wickstead style - simple, retro and made from the most luxurious of fabrics.
