Any excuse for a cocktail, eh? GLAMOUR celebrated London Cocktail Week in the best way we know how - by supping a fair few Drambuie cocktails, of course.

Heading out to The Brass and Crimson in The Hoxton Hall, East London, we drank the Rusty Nail - a slow-sipping favourite of the Rat Pack. Yep, we felt like Emma Stone in Gangster Squad. Unfortunately we didn't have Ryan Gosling gazing at us with his baby blue eyes.

Tapping our foot to live performances from world-renowned Jamie Woon, alongside other iconic talents that are flying the flag for jazz, we felt very civilised indeed. And it was the perfect excuse to use the trumpet emoji that gets neglected in our messages every single day.

The event, although celebrating London Coctail Week, was also a celebration of the iconic 1960's New York scene that made Drambuie world-famous.

Alongside the Rusty Nail, we also drank a Collins, Hootenanny (which was served in a beer pitcher!) and an Underdog.

Our heads were sore the following day, that's for sure.
