Dakota Johnson has the wellness routine of an ill Victorian child taken to recover in a secluded seaside cottage, and we mean that in the very best way.

The icon, who has previously been candid about her struggles with anxiety, explained in a recent interview that rest isn't just a necessity; it's a passion. “I don’t have a regular [wake-up] time. It depends on what’s happening in my life,” she told The Wall Street Journal. “If I’m not working, if I have a day off on a Monday, then I will sleep as long as I can. Sleep is my number one priority in life.” Girl, same.

And Johnson's not talking about going to bed 15 minutes early or hitting the snooze button a couple times. Her sleep stats are, to say the least, impressive. “I’m not functional if I get less than 10 [hours of sleep at night],” she said. “I can easily go 14 hours.” Obviously, this isn't feasible for a lot of people (and Johnson isn't giving advice — she's just sharing her habits), but can I say, I love this? Instead of hawking some hyper-oxygenated water or telling us her smooth skin comes from an expensive serum, she's telling the honest truth, which is that she sleeps a lot. And sleep, by the way, is free from toxic chemicals and is pretty reasonably priced!

The rest of her relaxation routine is equally spa-worthy: “I meditate every day, twice a day,” said the Madame Web star. “I do transcendental meditation. I’ve been really into breathwork recently, and that’s been helping me a lot with anxiety. I will get in a bathtub at any moment, any time of the day. If in the middle of the day, I’m like, ‘Oh God, what is this world?’ I’ll get in the bathtub. I find water really grounding.” In the age of hustle and grind, this is kinda radical.

Social media agrees: Dakota Johnson is providing some much-needed sleepyhead representation.
