What do you get when you cross a star-studded awards ceremony and an iconic French liqueur? A killer cocktail of course!
To celebrate sponsoring the British Solo Artist Award at the GLAMOUR Women of the Year Awards, which takes place on 2 June, Cointreau has teamed up with expert bartenders from one of Mayfair's most iconic restaurants, Quaglinos.
The result? Mademoiselle Cointreau, a chic salted green tea cocktail, to delight our A-list attendees!
Dare to drink like the A-List? Whizz this up in no time:
40ml Cointreau
20ml Dark Rum
10ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
10ml Lemongrass and ginger cordial
20ml Passion fruit puree
15ml Salted caramel green tea
Method:
Add all ingredients into a Boston Shaker. Shake and strain into a glass. Top with a foam of salty caramel green tea and sprinkle with dehydrated orange peel.
And for those who aren't able to make it down to Quaglino's, you can make up a cocktail from the comfort of your own home. Just simply add 50ml of Cointreau to a glass filled with ice, 1/2 fresh lime juice and top with sparkling water to make up a Cointreau Fizz Classic.
