Earlier this year, butter yellow was declared the shade of spring/summer. We've seen it in fashion, hair colours and on our nails, but “butter glazed Frenchies” are the mani spin-off we didn't know we needed.
The colour has captured the attention of designers Loewe, Zimmermann and Givenchy, who all featured the shade in their recent collections. Meanwhile buttery blonde has been adopted by It girls looking for a softer take on bright blonde – Leonie Hanne, Sofia Richie Grainge, Beyonce and Sabrina Carpenter are fans. As for nails, Selena Gomez gave butter blonde her seal of approval and we've seen it dominating our FYP ever since, so it was only time before we saw people getting even more creative with the colour across nails.

As we've established, butter yellow is the shade to know right now, but it's been combined with the classic French tip (which will never not look chic) and a glazed or chrome finish, which is the super-trend that keeps giving.
