Beyonce just took wedding guest dressing to the next level while attending the nuptials of her mum-in-law, Gloria Carter, to her partner, Roxanne Wilshire, in New York's Tribeca at the weekend.

Her hair stylist, Neal Farinah, took to Instagram to upload a picture of the singer heading to the event with the caption “WEDDING VIBES NYC.” For the occasion, Neal put together the most gravity-defying half-up, half-down hairstyle for Bey, complete with a snatched high ponytail up top and glam curls tumbling all the way down to her waist beneath for a statement voluminous hair moment.

For makeup, her mua, Sean Harris, created a look he dubbed “soft and snatched” on his own Instagram post with a sultry smoked-out, feline winged eyeshadow and soft toffee and peach tones across her cheeks and lips to complement her outfit.

As for Bey's ensemble, she didn't hold back with a peach feathered marabou jacket slung off her shoulders and a cream sheer-panel corseted floor-length dress from Dolce & Gabbana. And, while the haters are already arguing that cream or white at someone else's wedding is a hard no, we can't deny that Beyonce looks beyond. And, honestly, what did we expect? If you invite Beyonce to your wedding, you expect she's gonna show up.

Bey's not the first celeb to give her wedding guest outfit one hundred percent, recently. It seems the rules have changed when it comes to dressing for someone else's wedding. Both Hailey Bieber and Dua Lipa have worn white to the nuptials of their friends.

And Kim Kardashian and Kendall Jenner have both been pulled up for wearing ultra sexy outfits to attend their pal's weddings.

The move set off a debate about appropriate wedding attire.

But before anyone gets outraged about not upstaging the bride, Dua's friend, designer Jacquemus, had stipulated an all white dress code, which Dua adhered to. And Kendall clarified that she “obvi asked” for “approval in advance” to her friend Lauren Perez's wedding.

I'm getting married this summer and, to me, dressing to win is a sign of love and respect. It means you've taken care to turn up and turn out for your friend. Obviously, it's thoughtful to check with the bride about the dress code, but to me personally, I want my mates out there looking like their best self.

And, Beyonce did just that.
