The pop up resturant has become the way to eat in London! In our ever-changing capital, the demand for new dining destinations is constant, so what better way to open than with a pop up restaurant?
Being big foodies at GLAMOUR we're always looking out for the next big thing and seeing as the pop up craze just isn't stopping, here are our three favourites to try this summer...

DF Mexico
Where: The Old Truman Brewery, Brick Lane
What's on offer? From the team behind Wahaca, the menu for DF is inspired by the travels of founders, Thomasina Miers and Mark Selb, across the US and Mexico, where chefs and gourmets were crossing the border the other way for inspiration. The result is a menu fusing the Mexican flavours they tasted in New York and Chicago's diners, and bold, beefy Americana in Mexico City's streets
And to drink? Complementing the menu are locally-sourced beers, including an Amber Ale from Gipsy Hill Brewery (£4.75) and a DF House Pale Ale from Brixton Brewery (£4.50) and Mexican favourites. Or if you like your cocktails there's frozen margaritas in several flavours, all made with Mexico's classic Jose Cuervo Tradicional tequila, will sweeten balmy nights
When? From 24 July
