Ever wondered what the A-list are wined and dined on at the BAFTAs? Well, wonder no more. The menu for this year's ceremony has been revealed and it's safe to say they're in for a serious treat.
Grosvenor House's executive chef Nigel Boschetti and Head Chef of BAFTA 195 Piccadilly, Anton Mangaaro are teaming up to create an incredible three-course meal showcasing the very best of British produce with a fresh, modern twist.
The menu will feature its first ever vegan starter made up of celeriac cream and apple jelly served with pickled celeriac, apple, golden raisins, seeded crackers and toasted hazelnuts. Yum.
The main course will include lamb cutlet and slow cooked shoulder of lamb, roast garlic and thyme jus, potato gratin, kale, and heritage carrots, while the vegetarian option features sweet potato, pan-fried bok choy, ginger and coriander parcel, coconut, mango and chilli salsa and basil sauce.
And for dessert? The stars will indulge in 76% Supermilk Nicaragua Chuno Pebble, Sesame and Nigella Seed Brittle, and Salted Caramel Chocolate Ganache.
Excuse us while we salivate...
Guests will of course also be able to enjoy free-flowing Taittinger champagne (thanks to the brand's 20-year partnership with the BAFTAs) and a selection of fine wines and Insta-worthy cocktails by Cointreau.
This year's BAFTAs will take place on February 18. The show will be hosted by Joanna Lumley who replaces previous host, Stephen Fry. See the full list of nominees here.
